Ultimate Belly to Baby and Beyond Package Terms and conditions

The 4D scan and Maternity session are not mandatory however the newborn session, family session and cake smash session must be attended, missing any of these sessions will result in the package being void and any package/session fees/deposits/free prints/images will be lost.

After each photo shoot session you will be invited back to my home studio to view your hand edited images where we can discuss products and packages. If you wish to purchase any products or packages, orders are usually made the same day at your viewing session but must be made within 7 days after which photo’s may be deleted.

Your newborn, family and cake smash viewing appointment must be attended for the Ultimate Belly to Baby and Beyond Package to be valid, if any of the 3 viewing sessions are missed you will be charged for the sessions and 4D scan separately.

Ordering artwork products

The fee that you pay for your Artwork Products or Package will depend on which Package and Artwork Products you select. Prices for all of our Packages and Artwork Products are set out in our full Price List, which is available on request. Our prices are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the Photo Shoot Date and after that our prices are subject to change on notice.

Your Photographs and Artwork Products are personalised for you so you do not have any right to cancel your order and we are unable to refund or offer an exchange if you change your mind. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
