Gift Voucher & Session Voucher Terms and conditions 

 

 

Definition of a Gift/session Voucher 

A gift/session voucher is any photography service sold as a “gift/session voucher”. All gift/session voucher details are stored in a database to keep track of purchases and prevent fraudulent use of vouchers. 

 

Accepted Gift/session Vouchers 

Gift/session vouchers will only be accepted if they are valid gift/session vouchers, you will need to provide your gift/session voucher on the day of your photoshoot the prove ownership. 

Once a voucher has been claimed it will be considered a spent gift/session voucher. 

Should there be ANY reason for the photographer to believe that gift/session vouchers have been stolen or fraudulently claimed then the photographer may choose the terminate the session with no refund and a police report will be made. 

 

Valid Gift/session Vouchers 

A gift/session voucher will not be considered valid until full payment is received. This means that gift/session vouchers will be validated once the full payment is received and not before, this is to ensure cheques have cleared before vouchers may be used. 

Once payment has been received for a voucher it will only remain a valid gift/session voucher until the expiration dated on the ticket, at which point it becomes an expired gift/session voucher.  All gift/session vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.

Spent gift/session vouchers and expired gift/session vouchers are not considered valid gift/session vouchers. 

 

Spent Gift/Session Vouchers 

When a voucher has been used once the unique code will be checked off from a database of valid gift/session vouchers, this will render the gift/session voucher spent. 

 

Expired Gift/Session Vouchers 

Vouchers that have expired will no longer be valid and you will be unable to: 

Claim any photoshoots, products or packages

Receive or request a refund 

Any and all expired gift/session vouchers may be honoured entirely at the discretion of your photographer. However, while every effort is made to ensure customers are happy there is no guarantee that expired vouchers can be claimed. 

 

Lost or Stolen Gift/Session Vouchers 

If your gift/session vouchers are lost or stolen contact the photographer explaining your situation. You will still be able to book your session so long as you can be verified as the rightful owner of the lost or stolen gift voucher. The lost or stolen gift/session voucher will need to meet the criteria for a valid gift/session voucher. All voucher information is also stored on a database and should be easy to validate. 

 

Refunds 

All gift/session vouchers are non-refundable, transferable or negotiable under all circumstances. You may only receive a refund at the discretion of the photographer. 

 

Rescheduling  

If the Customer reschedules the Photo Shoot less than 7 Days prior to the date of the Photo Shoot, A Deposit of £40 shall be payable for the rescheduled Photo Shoot, failing to appear to your rescheduled Photo Shoot Ben Youngman Photography shall retain the Deposit.  Photoshoot subject to availability.

 

Black Friday Offer Vouchers

All of the terms above also apply. Black Friday Gift/session Vouchers can be used against any of our products, Packages or services excludes – weddings, bump baby & beyond package and mini sessions. This voucher will be valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. This voucher will only be valid for a single transaction and has no cash value. The voucher will not be valid on prior purchases or bookings, and cannot be used to purchase additional gift/session or package vouchers. This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotions.
